1. Delivery Policy

BeatColor turnaround time is varied based on the types of service.

• 112 hours – 24 hours: Photos Editing, Retouching, Virtual Dusk
• 224 hours – 36 hours: Virtual Staging, Video Editing

If clients have additional requirements, delivery time will be informed accordingly. We will get approval from clients before starting to process their orders.

2. Stogare Policy

• As part of service, BeatColor offers storage of your input files s for 30 days while output images will be kept a maximum of 90 days after the project has been submitted in our system. 
• To ensure you always have access to the images, we highly recommend downloading and saving the files to your own preferred storage platform or device.
